Service 01 Pre-Project Advice

Pre- Project advice.

 

Come into my studio meet me and veiw the portfolio of some of the past & current projects that I am working on, discuss your project and organize a site inspection.

 

That is the first step into the design process that will be a wonderful journey along the way to bringing your new home/property to life.

Service 02 Initial Design

 

Initial Design.

 

After conducting a site inspection and considering all other relevant information for your project.

 

The first design sketches are produced, over several meetings/consultations the sketches are developed further and evolve into the final sketches ready for the next step. 

Service 03 Working Drawings

Working Drawings

 

Once the Initial Design Sketches are complete we move onto the "Working Drawings" these are the Plans & Documents used by the Builder and other trades/professionals to construct the building.

 

If other professionals are required to be involved such as Structural Engineers or Surveyors etc we co-ordinate these consultants as and when required along the way.

Service 04 Construction Advise

Construction Advise.

 

If during the construction fase of your building, either you or the builder requires advise or changes to the design are required we will be available to keep this all on track.
